2. Summary
- This website is purely informational. It has no user accounts for visitors, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising and no embedded third-party content (such as videos, maps or social media plugins).
- We do not set any cookies ourselves and do not use your browser's local storage.
- Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own server.
- Personal data is processed only as far as technically necessary to deliver the pages (sections 3 and 4), and when you contact us on your own initiative through the contact form, by email or by phone (section 5).
3. Hosting and delivery of the website
The website runs on servers of Reliable Communications s.r.o., Prokopova 2856/10, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, in a data centre in Prague (EU). When you access the pages, the server processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested, and browser and operating system information transmitted by your browser.
This data is used only to deliver the requested pages. We do not keep access logs that store the IP addresses of individual visitors. Technical server error logs are used only for troubleshooting and are overwritten at short intervals.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free provision of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Cloudflare (content delivery network and attack protection)
To deliver the website and protect it against overload and other attacks, we use Cloudflare, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. All requests to the website are routed through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes the connection data listed in section 3, in particular your IP address, in order to deliver the pages and to detect and block malicious traffic.
Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies for security purposes, for example when a request is subjected to a security check. Storing these cookies is permitted without consent under Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), because it is strictly necessary for the secure provision of the pages you request.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a secure, fast and reliable provision of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). 5. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (for example your name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry.
If you use the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email address, optionally your company, and your message) together with the time and the language of the page in our database on the servers named in section 3, in order to handle your enquiry. Your IP address is not stored; it is only held briefly in memory to limit the number of requests per address (protection against abuse). We may be notified of a new enquiry by email (see Google Workspace below).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply (in particular commercial and tax retention periods of six or ten years for business correspondence).
For our email communication we use Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
6. Links to other websites
This website contains links to websites of other providers. Data is only transmitted to these providers when you click such a link. The respective provider is responsible for processing on the linked websites.
7. Recipients and retention
Your data is only received by the service providers named in this policy, within the scope of their data processing on our behalf. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising purposes. Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this policy, we store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data; however, the website cannot be displayed without the technically necessary connection data.
8. Your rights
With regard to personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against us:

We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
